How Does the Program Work?

OVERVIEW

The Executive Presence Accelerator combines expert insight with real-time coaching and community. You’re not just learning—you’re applying, experimenting, and evolving every single week. There are a total of three phases as described above. Each phase has 4 lessons. We’ll spend two weeks diving into each lesson to ensure you are mastering these incredible tools. You should plan to spend about 2 hours per week for the program.

TIME COMMITMENT

On average, participants spend about two hours per week on the program. One hour is your living coaching call. The other hour includes either watching the pre-recorded video for that week’s lesson or implementing your action plan during implementation week.
